In Longwe (not Lilongwe) for a school construction project

Shire highlands (we got out of the bus and WALKED for this portion of the trip, because Pam just felt better doing it that way…)

We’d actually had quite a few global adventures even before this trip, but we didn’t have the foresight to get many pictures with all five of us.  Now we know better.

Here are a few that I was able to dredge out of files…

Yellowstone, 2004

San Diego, 2005

Viet Nam, 2007

Costa Rica, 2011

Israel, 2011

Japan, 2012

Seeing us all lined up in chronological order like that really drove home how quickly the kids are growing up.  Egads!  I’m so grateful that we were able to do this now before they’re completely done.
